It's objectives are:-

• To advance the education of young persons, including those who have been convicted of a criminal offence or those whose circumstances may create tendencies in them towards such offences, in the management and safe use of motorcycles;
• The preservation and protection of good health and the prevention of accidents by improving the road skills of the public in such ways as the trustees think fit.

The objectives sound rather formal, but what we actually do is teach off-road motorcycle riding.  We use private land, so no licence or previous experience is required.  We teach adults and young people.  Usually young people need to be aged 13 or over.
	In exceptional cases we can work with children aged 10 and upwards, but this must be discussed with the Project staff before a booking is accepted. Please email martletsproject@hotmail.com or telephone 01686 430522.
